ممكن من الاحوه الاطباء المتخصصين فى الفقرات او الاشاعه يفسرولى تقرير اشاعه الرنين المغنطيسى ده evidence of rt. hemilaminectomy is seen at l5 posterior segmen. at l5-s1 level there is small rt. posterolateral lesion with impingement on the dural sac and rt. s1 nerve root, it shows minimal enhancement on post contrast study, picture is suggestive of recurrent small disc. early evidence of degenerated disc is also seen as loss of its high signal intensity on t2w images lmpression: - small rt. posterolaterl recurrent disc herniation at l5-s1 level
