السلام عليكم ارجوكم اجيبوني ع هذا من عند الطبيب هل يوجد حصى ف الكليه او يوجد التهاب البروستاتا حاد هذي معلومات : procedure :K .U .B and prostate US. usg kub and prostate kidneys : both kidneys are normal in size, shape, axis and position. cortico-medullary ecotexture and thickness is normal. no focal lesion seen. mild fullness seen in both kidneys, no definite stone echo noted. urinary bladder : the bladder is well distended. no calcull is seen. the wall thickness is normal. the prostate is enlarged in size ( volume is 21.8 cc ) with hypoechoic echotexture, looks to be prostatitis impression: mild fullness in both kidneys prostatitis normal urinary bladder for clinical and lab corelation.. ارجوكم اجيبوني ع هذي المعلومات.. وشكرا

ارجو معرفة نتيجة هذا التحليل تم عملة على الخصيتين testes are of normal size & shape with normal echogenicity and focal lesions or calcification rt testis is : 5 cmx 2.1 cm lt testis is : 4.7 cmx 1.9 cm - both epididymes are free U/S with no focal lesions, calcifications or cysts. - no spermatocele or hydrocycle -maximum caliber of veine of RT pampiniform plexus is 2.8mm & that of LT side veins is 3mm being dilated & tortuous with retrograde flow on color doppler grade II bilaterally . -a minimal rim of fluid is seen around both testicles but not considered as hydrocele ( normal variant ) impression: bilateral moderate varicocele

جراحة الكلى والمسالك البولية والذكورة والعقم

هذا يعتمد على العمر و وجود مشاكل أثناء التبول (ضعف رشق البول، تعدد مرات التبول ليلاً ....). يفضل اجراء تحليل مخبري لقيمة الـPSA في الدم و اجراء المس الشرجي من قبل أخصائي لتقييم قوام البروستات. في حال وجود شذوذ في احدى الفحصين السابقين، يفضل اجراء خزعة من البروستات. في حال كانت الخزعة سليمة، يتحدد العلاج في حال وجود أعراض كالأعراض السابقة. من العلاجات الدوائية Tamsulosin 0,4 . و في حال عدم التحسن، هناك علاجات جراحة كتجريف البروستات، و لكن بهذا الحجم من البروستات يفضل اجراء open prostate enucleation (استئصال البروستات غير الجذري).
