I think you have chronic prostatitis and semen culture with urine culture is adviced also a course of oral antibiotic it will help you after taking your semen for culture

اخي الكريم الكمية ٣ مل وهذا طبيعي العدد ٦٣ مليون جيد جداً الحركة ٥٠٪؜ تعتبر مقبولة الاشكال الغير طبيعية ٣٠٪؜ وهي ايضاً مقبولة انما يوجد لديك لزوجة عالية تتطلب علاج كما يوجد التهابات بسيطة يتطلب اجراء زرع للسائل المنوي قبل العلاج وبالخلاصة تحليلك جيد وقابل للتحسن بواسطة العلاج وبالتوفيق
