اشعر بالام ف الخصية اليسرى وعند مراجعه الطبيب اخبرنى بوجود دوالى ع الخصية وقمت باجراء اشعه فوق صوتية وكان التقرير كا التالى:both testes are normal size and homogeneous echo pattern with no focal lesion no hydrocele good intra testicular blood flow excluding testicular torsion both epididymal heads are son graphically free both pampiniform plexus are dilated at lift side measuring about 3.2mm and right side measuring 2.8mm suggestive for minimal bilateral varicocele with grade 1 reflux ارجو منكم توضيح هذا الكلام باسرع وقت وجزاكم الله خيرا
