ultrasonography of scrotum duplex 5.0 mhz has revealed
both testes are normal size and homogenous echopattern with no focal lesion
right testis
both epididymal heads are sonographically free
good intratesticular flow excluding testicular torsion
no hydrocele
dilated pampiniform plexus at left side measuring 3.7 mm and at right side measuring 3.0 mm suggestive for bilateral varicocele more at the left side with grade 1 reflux.
conclusion:
dilated pampiniform plexus of both sides with reflux.
