a patient has achief complaint of dysuria since 2 weeks
a history of present illness of that patient is a 46 ys female , DM , HTN , known case of recurrent UTI pt complains of dysuria of 2 weeks duration , lower abdomin and left flank pain , dark urine , frequency nausea and diarrhea . sensation of incomplete emptying , urgency incontinence , hx of fever ( not measured) no
hematuria
URINE CULTURE RESULT : NEGATIVE ESBL
is that patient has upper UTI or LOWER UTI ??

deja une forte odeur désagréable ca peut etre une infection urinaire oui... si tu as des douleur, peut-etre c'est remonté a la vessie..
