السلام عليكم انا شاب ابلغ من العمر ٢٤ سنه متزوج الطول ١٦٩ الوزن حاليا ٧٢ اصابي انزلاق غضروفي قبل شهرين في الفقرتين l5s1 وهذه تقرير اشعة mri (L5/S1 central posterior disc bulge seen encroaching upon the epidural fat and indenting the ventral surface of the dural sa) عملت علاج طبيعي وشد فقرات وتحسنت بحمد الله بنسبه ٦٠٪ ولكن حاليا اشعر بالم شديد اسفل الظهر يذهب ويعود..فماذا تنصحوني وهل حالتي خطيره واحتاج الى عمليه مستقبلا وكيف اعيش مع هذا البلاء وشكرا

ينصح لك عمل تخطيط عضلات واعصاب الاطراف السفلية ومراجعة جراح اعصاب من اجل تحديد مدى الحاجة للجراحة , العلاج الطبيعي مفيد في هذه الحالة وخاصة تقوية عضلات الظهر

حسب الترجمة التي أرسلت ، لا يبدو أن هناك انحباس كلي للعصبين الزندي والمتوسط، ولذلك لا داعي لتسليكخمت جراحياً، ربما في مرحلة لاحقة، ويكتفى الآن بعمل علاج طبيعي.ثم يعاد تقييم النتائج بعد أشهر وينظر مرة أخرى في العلاج.
