هذا تقرير التصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية وهو يقول أن هناك ورم عضلي في أسفل الرحم ، وكيسة فوق المبيض الأيمن والباقي عادي، ربما تكون الكيسة والورم سبباً للألم ولكن هناك أشياء أخرى يجب التفكير بها.1- هل لديك ارتفاع في درجة الحرارة؟ 2- هل لديك ألم في المنطقة اليمنى من أسفل البطن؟ 3- هل تقيأتي؟ 4-هل فحص الطبيب الزائدة الدودية؟ 5- هل أجريت فحص للبراز والبول؟ والدم؟ألم البطن قد يكون عرضاً لأمراض كثيرة فيجب أن تسهبي في الشرح والأعراض حتى نستطيع تقديم المساعدة. سلامتك.

انا توسيع هذا الشريان له علاقه في زياده الضغط في شرايين منطقة هذا الشريان المتوسع ويمكن ان يكون نتيجة انسداد ما في شرايين الكبد. هذا موضوع يجب متابعته عن كثب مع الطبيب المختص . لمتابعة المراقبة ومعرفة السبب والتشخيص لاعطاءى العلاج المناسب

dark stool is possible to be of peptic ulcer but dark urine no.

Q: عملت اشعه باريوم وكان مكتوب في النتيجه There is free passage of contrast through the esophagus into stomach and duodenum مامعنى ذلك؟

معنى ذلك ان الأشعة نتيجتها طبيعية ولا يوجد ان فيها انسداد بين المعدة والاثني عشر

Q: سبب زيادة الضغط ل170/110 لشاب 16 سنة و الاشعة renal us , doppler ,ECCO,EEG are normal liver and renal function normal but renin=16 and aldosterone in erect position=10'5

تحتاج لمتابعة ثم علاج. معظم الاسباب عائلية او غير معروفة. اما الاسباب الثانوية تحتاج لمزيد تمحيص منها الغدد الصم و وشريان الكلى وغيرها....ان كانت سلبية تشير الى النوع المعروف essential hypertension

Q: dark stool and blood in the urine هذه الأعراض لفترة طويلة ما سببها ؟ و ممكن تكون حصوة بالمثانة مثلا؟

دم فى البول شىء و كون البراز غامق شيءان مختلفان الا اذا كان عندك مرض يسبب سيوله فى الدم و بالتالى نزيف فى البول و اعلى اعلى الجهاز الهضمى و هذا احتمال ضعيف الدم فى المثانه فى المراه اقل خطوره بكثير من الرجل و هو غالبا بسبب التهاب المثانه و يعالج بمضاد حيوى لمدة 10 ايام على الاقل. اما اذا كان البراز اسود فهذا غالبا نزيف من المعده او المرىء و يحتاج لفحص طبيب
