Average size of both epididymi with no masses seen, normal vascularity .. No significant hydrocele .. bilateral varicocele seen with main vein diameter is 4mm at left and 2.2mm at right .. السلام عليكم ارجوكم اجيبوني ع هذا من عند الطبيب هل يوجد حصى ف الكليه او يوجد التهاب البروستاتا حاد هذي معلومات : procedure :K .U .B and prostate US. usg kub and prostate kidneys : both kidneys are normal in size, shape, axis and position. cortico-medullary ecotexture and thickness is normal. no focal lesion seen. mild fullness seen in both kidneys, no definite stone echo noted. urinary bladder : the bladder is well distended. no calcull is seen. the wall thickness is normal. the prostate is enlarged in size ( volume is 21.8 cc ) with hypoechoic echotexture, looks to be prostatitis impression: mild fullness in both kidneys prostatitis normal urinary bladder for clinical and lab corelation.. ارجوكم اجيبوني ع هذي المعلومات.. وشكرا

تشير الى التهاب البروستات الكلى سليمه

هذا تقرير اشعه موجات فوق الصوتية للخصيتين وكان كالاتي Both testes and epididymes appear normal in size and echotexture. The right testis measures4.5*2.6*2.5cm. The left 4.7*2.4*2.3cm. No varicoceles or hydroceles seen. IMPRESSION: Normal scrotal

نتيجه مفادها ان الخصيتين في حاله طبيعيه

السيدة الفاضلة.. اتمنی لو ذكرت الشكوی الطبية قبل السونار.. عموما هذه النتيجة تشير الی حصاة في الحالب ( لم توضحي الجهة).. وهذه الحصاة صغيرة ممكن نزولها بتناول الماء والرياضة وتناول علاج موسع للحالب والعلاج يستمر الی حد اسبوعين ثم يتم التأكد بالسونار.. عقار السيستون ذو فائدة محدودة

Q: ما العلاج المناسب لهذه الاشعه Minimal hydroureteronephrosis with small stone lower pole 6mm with density 88mm and lower ureter 5mm with density 176 hu

عندك حصوتان صغيرتنا في اسفل الحالب وفي الكلية ( الجزء الأسفل) . المهم ان تمر الحصوة التي في الحالب لانها تسبب انسدادا بسيطا في الكلية ,. شرب الماء مع ربما Tamsulosin 0.4 حبة يوميا ستجعلها تمر ان شاء الله . الحصوة التي في الكلية ليست مسببة اي مشكلة . إّاذا تحركت مع شرب الماء والرياضة يمكن ان تمر بنفس الطريقة .

Q: تفسير الاشاعة الصوتيه prostate is normal in size and echotexture no focal / diffuse abnormality of the prostate noted there is no free fluid or obvious pelvic adenopath

Q: ultrasound pelvi-abdominal u/s revealed liver mildly enlarged with smooth echopattern and no focal defects average hepatic vein & partial vein gall

انتفاخ متوسط في الكلية ولايوجد توسع في الحالب.. الانتفاخ قد يكون نتيجة التهاب في قشرة الكلية او انسجتها..او نتيجة انسداد بحصاة (هنا في هذه الجملة الاحتمال قليل لانه لم يذكر عن توسع حوض الكلية او الحالب).
