ultrasonography of scrotum duplex 5.0 mhz has revealed both testes are normal size and homogenous echopattern with no focal lesion right testis both epididymal heads are sonographically free good intratesticular flow excluding testicular torsion no hydrocele dilated pampiniform plexus at left side measuring 3.7 mm and at right side measuring 3.0 mm suggestive for bilateral varicocele more at the left side with grade 1 reflux. conclusion: dilated pampiniform plexus of both sides with reflux.

دوالي على الخصيتين... وخاصة دوالي الخصيه اليسرى

. Epididymis of left testis is normal in size and echos. The right testis measured 18.4x 7.9mms The left testis measured 37.6x19.3mms.ممكن افادتي بنتيجة هذه الاشعه للخصيتين

هذا صغر في حجم الخصية اليمين.. وهذا الصغر قد يكون بسبب الاتي 1. صغر خلقي. 2. التهاب سابق تدی الی الضمور. 3. التواء خصية جزئي سابق.

السيدة الفاضلة.. اتمنی لو ذكرت الشكوی الطبية قبل السونار.. عموما هذه النتيجة تشير الی حصاة في الحالب ( لم توضحي الجهة).. وهذه الحصاة صغيرة ممكن نزولها بتناول الماء والرياضة وتناول علاج موسع للحالب والعلاج يستمر الی حد اسبوعين ثم يتم التأكد بالسونار.. عقار السيستون ذو فائدة محدودة

وجود حصوه في كلتا الكليتين ...... الحصيات صغيره بالإمكان نزولهما تلقائيا مع بعض الادويه والسوائل او العمل على تفتيشهما راجع اختصاصي المسالك البوليه
