12 اشعه دوبلر على الخصيتين لقد قمت بعمل اشعه دوبلر على الخصيتين نظرا لوجود دوالى والام شديده بالخصيتين ارجو منكم شرح تقريرالاشعه وما اذا كان يوجد ضمور بالخصيه وهل لا بد من عمل جراحه للدوالى بالخصيتين ام لا وهذ هو التقرير report gray-scal and color flow imaging of the scrotum revealed; gray-scale Left testis and epididymis; are of average size and homogenous texture with no focal lesions could be noted. right testis and epididymis; are of average size and homogenous texture with no focal lesions could be noted left pampinform venous plexus;presenting moderate dilatation of theveins where the maximamum diametre of the cross section of themost dilated vein posterior to the left testis measures about 3.1 mm during rest and 3.4mm at straining. left pampinform venous plexus;presenting normal caliber of he veins where the maximum diametre of the coss section of most prominent vein posterior to te right testis measures about 1.9mm during rest and 1.9mm at straining. .no hydrocele. color flow and pectral analysis .left pampinform venos plexus;exhibit posiive reflux on straining where the duration of the reflux measuring about 2sec. .right pampinform venos plexus;exhibt no reflux on straining. testicular arteries;appears patent with normal color flow and wavefom. opinion; .grade ll refluxing left varicocele normal both tests and epididymis

لا يوجد ضمور باي من الخصيتين يوجد عندك دوالي على الخصيه اليسرى يجب ازالتها

السلام عليكم ارجوكم اجيبوني ع هذا من عند الطبيب هل يوجد حصى ف الكليه او يوجد التهاب البروستاتا حاد هذي معلومات : procedure :K .U .B and prostate US. usg kub and prostate kidneys : both kidneys are normal in size, shape, axis and position. cortico-medullary ecotexture and thickness is normal. no focal lesion seen. mild fullness seen in both kidneys, no definite stone echo noted. urinary bladder : the bladder is well distended. no calcull is seen. the wall thickness is normal. the prostate is enlarged in size ( volume is 21.8 cc ) with hypoechoic echotexture, looks to be prostatitis impression: mild fullness in both kidneys prostatitis normal urinary bladder for clinical and lab corelation.. ارجوكم اجيبوني ع هذي المعلومات.. وشكرا

تشير الى التهاب البروستات الكلى سليمه

هذا تقرير اشعه موجات فوق الصوتية للخصيتين وكان كالاتي Both testes and epididymes appear normal in size and echotexture. The right testis measures4.5*2.6*2.5cm. The left 4.7*2.4*2.3cm. No varicoceles or hydroceles seen. IMPRESSION: Normal scrotal

نتيجه مفادها ان الخصيتين في حاله طبيعيه

نتيجة أشعة الدوبلكس للخصيتين تشير إلى وجود تمدد في دوالي الخصيتين، وهذا التمدد من الدرجة الخفيفة ، وموجود بشكل أكثر في الخصية اليسرى . تسمى هذه الحالة ب دوالي الخصيتين ، وتصيب 10-15% من الرجال، وتكون بشكل أكبر في الخصية اليسرى. وغالباً لا يعاني الرجل المصاب من أعراض ولكن بقاء دوالي الخصيتين دون علاج لفترة طويلة يمكن أن يؤدي إلى مضاعفات منها: تأخر الانجاب أو العقم، حيث تعتبر أحد أهم أسباب تأخر الانجاب عند الرجال. حدوث ضمور في الخصية . الالم الشديد. لذلك ينصح بمراجعة أخصائي مسالك بولية لمعرفة طريقة العلاج الانسب بناءً على حالتك. للمزيد: العقم عند الرجال والنساء علاج دوالي الخصية المرجع: What are Varicoceles?

. Epididymis of left testis is normal in size and echos. The right testis measured 18.4x 7.9mms The left testis measured 37.6x19.3mms.ممكن افادتي بنتيجة هذه الاشعه للخصيتين

هذا صغر في حجم الخصية اليمين.. وهذا الصغر قد يكون بسبب الاتي 1. صغر خلقي. 2. التهاب سابق تدی الی الضمور. 3. التواء خصية جزئي سابق.

النخاع الشوكي طبيعي تماما يوجد انحراف العمود الفقري الفقرات القطنيه لليسار قليلا

حجم البروستاتا طبيعي و لا توجد اَي مشاكل في الحوض

Q: اعانى من حصوات بالكلى، وتقرير الاشعه الصوتيه:Right measuring 0.35cm,0.46cm and 0.66, and left 0.37 Also mild to moderate hydroureteronephrosis at right kidney

وجود حصوه في كلتا الكليتين ...... الحصيات صغيره بالإمكان نزولهما تلقائيا مع بعض الادويه والسوائل او العمل على تفتيشهما راجع اختصاصي المسالك البوليه

الترجمة: تصلب متوسط وانتصاب ضعيف لوحظ ، أنسجة جسم القضيب عادية، آنسجة الشرايين عادية، السريان الانبساطي كان خلال الدراسة يوشر إلى مرور وريدي بسيط، وعدم إمكانية الوصول رلى انتصاب الحجم المطلوب. بالنسبة للجراحة أعتقد أنها صعبة أو بالأحرى غير ممكنة.يستحسن مراجعة اختصاصي المسالك البولية.
