hi doc, i noticed urinal dripping along time ago, years maybe, after finish urine a minute or 2 I find urine drops on my underwear, one more thing, I noticed slight pain could be intensive sometimes if i havn'e had sex intercourse, slight pain with ejaculation, very slight, I can't say it's painful actually, I had to semen analysis, due to sperm clumps the doctor suggested antisperm antibodies, I had it only in blood and it's negative, colour greysh white opalescent / volume 4.5m > 1.5 / reaction alkaline ph8.0 / viscosity viscious // concentration 80.400.000ml >= 15.000,000ml //loquified after 30 min 15-60minvitality 75% n.<or=50% // motility 30 min =75% - after an hour =65% after 2 hours 60% after 3 hours 55% // type of motility A 20% -B 40% - C 10% - D 30% /// abnormal form 25% - head 10% -mid portion 5% - tail 10% // spermarognic cell1-2 HPF // red cells 1-2 H.P.F / PUS cell 1-2 HPF medical history depressant, motstoid cavity please advice

I think you have chronic prostatitis and semen culture with urine culture is adviced also a course of oral antibiotic it will help you after taking your semen for culture

a patient has achief complaint of dysuria since 2 weeks a history of present illness of that patient is a 46 ys female , DM , HTN , known case of recurrent UTI pt complains of dysuria of 2 weeks duration , lower abdomin and left flank pain , dark urine , frequency nausea and diarrhea . sensation of incomplete emptying , urgency incontinence , hx of fever ( not measured) no hematuria URINE CULTURE RESULT : NEGATIVE ESBL is that patient has upper UTI or LOWER UTI ??

Lower urinary tract infection is also referred to as a bladder infection. The most common symptoms are burning with urination and having to urinate frequently (or an urge to urinate) in the absence of vaginal discharge and significant pain.These symptoms may vary from mild to severe and in healthy women last an average of six days Some pain above the pubic bone or in the lower back may be present. People experiencing an upper urinary tract infection, or pyelonephritis, may experience flank pain, fever, or nausea and vomiting in addition to the classic symptoms of a lower UTI

please i want know if my prostat size is normal or no my age 41 and my psa 0.7 ml prostat size 43x30x29mm=20 gram in weight

If you don't have any complains your prostate is acceptable in size Your P.S.A is excellent

you must give midstream urine in clean steralised bottle for complete urine analysis. then you look for pus celles number. the normal range between 0-4 /phf. over this suspect uti. but you must did culture for BACTERIA.
