الفقرات القطنية طبيعية , وجود انزلاق غضروفي بين الرابعة والخامسة القطنيتين, وبين الخامسة القطنية والاؤلى العجزية مع وجود خشونة وملامسة للكيس السحائي وتضيق الفتحات التي تمر منها الجذور العصبية على المستويين المذكورين , ذيل النخاع الشوكي سليم , باختصار حالتك لا تستدعي تداخل جراحي , يمكنك الاستفادة من جلسات العلاج الطبيعي وتقوية عضلات الظهر والسباحة

انا عملت رنين مغناطيسي (MRI ) لوالدتي وكانت النتائج كالتالي: 1-normal vertebral bone marrow signal intensity 2-evidence of degenerative changes involve all lumbar discs manifested as decreased disk height & signal intensity 3-circumferential disc bulge seen at the level of L4-5 also there is evidence of ligamentum flavum &facet joist hypertrophy indent ventral the cal sac & causing narrowing of both exit formina without effects upon exiting nerve roots 4- evidence of facet joints arthrosis seen at the level of L5-S1 5-normal spinal canal dimensions,no S.O.L 6-normal cauda -equina

الطبيب الذي طلب الصورة قد شرح ووضح لك بان الالفقرات سليمة ويوجد بعض الخشونة وجفاف في الغضروف بين الفقرتين الرابعة والخامسة القطنيتين وخشونة مفصلية وتضيق في مخرج الاعصاب بين الفقرتين المذكورتين . لا يوجد ضغط على الاعصاب او النخاع الشوكي . بشكل عام والمهم ينصح للمريضة عمل جلسات علاج طبيعي وتقوية عضلات الظهر وتخفيف الوزن والاهم الثقة بالطبيب المعالج .
