بناء على الصورة يتضح وجود شد عضلي , تكلسات او مناقير عظمية , تضيق بين الفقرة القطنية الخامسة والعجزية الاؤلى , ازاحة الفقرة الخامسة عن العجزية من الدرجة الاؤلى عدم ثبات الحركة المفصلية وغالبا خلقية , تثبيت الفقرات المذكورة يعتمد على حالة الالم واستمراريته , هل العملية مستعجلة ؟ لا . الالم فقط ما يجبر على العملية.

عملت أشعه و اريد شرح التقرير Lumbar Spine vom : Loss of normal lumbar lordosis. Alignment is maintained and preserved vertebral body heights as well as disk spaces. Bony spina bifida S1. Metallic clips projecting over the pelvis could be surgical clips/artefact.

فقدان القعس القطني ، انشقاق عظمي فقاري للفقرة العجزية الاولى ، مشابك معدنية حول الحوض ، عادا ذلك صورة طبيعية للفقرات.
