a patient has achief complaint of dysuria since 2 weeks a history of present illness of that patient is a 46 ys female , DM , HTN , known case of recurrent UTI pt complains of dysuria of 2 weeks duration , lower abdomin and left flank pain , dark urine , frequency nausea and diarrhea . sensation of incomplete emptying , urgency incontinence , hx of fever ( not measured) no hematuria URINE CULTURE RESULT : NEGATIVE ESBL is that patient has upper UTI or LOWER UTI ??

أمراض العضلات والعظام و المفاصل

اعاني من وجود كتلة او عقدة صغيرة تحت الجلد في منطقة وتر الاصبع وهي غير مؤلمة تماما عند الضغط عليها ولا اشعر بها الا عند لمسها مباشرة كما ان ملمسها صلب وقاس يشبه ملمس العظم وليست لينة ف توضيح طبيعة هذه الكتلة وما قد يسبب ظهورها في الموضع
