في العادة لا نقوم بعمل اي من الفحصين روتينيا أثناء الحمل اللهم الا اذا كانت هناك داعي لذلك فاختبار
D-dimer يتم عند اشتباه وجود تجلطات في الأوعية الدموية وتحليل ESR يتم لقياس سرعة ترسب الدم ويكون ذلك عند الاشتباه بوجود التهاب في اي عوض في الجسم

X-rays during pregnancy don't increase the risk of miscarriage or cause problems in the unborn baby, such as birth defects and physical or mental development problems.
However, if a pregnant woman has an X-ray and is exposed to radiation there is a very small increased risk that the baby may go on to develop cancer in childhood. This is why the dose of radiation used in an X-ray is always as low as possible.

لايوجد التهاب بالاغشية كذلك لايوجد اي مكونات حبل او اقسام جنينية..التشخيص..مكونات تجريف حملي مع التهاب مزمن بطاني.
النتيجة سليمة.

If this is her first pregnancy, please be assured as she will start feeling the movement very soon (1 – 2 weeks). Perception of baby's movement is related to mother's experience; while women in their first pregnancies usually feel the movement at around 20 weeks, women with previous deliveries usually feel the movement at around 18 weeks. يمكن أن تشعر المرأة الحامل بالعديد من الأعراض الطبيعية خلال فترة الحمل، وتعتبر فترة حملك ضمن الثلث الثاني من الحمل (الشهر الرابع)، ويمكن توقع الشعور ببعض الأعراض خلال الثلث الثاني من الحمل، ومنها:
- احتقان الأنف.
- انتفاخ الأقدام أو الأرجل.
- حساسية في اللثة.
- تشنجات في الأرجل.
- الشعور بالدوخة.
- ألم أسفل البطن.
- توسع الأوردة أو الإصابة بالبواسير.
ولذلك فإن ألم البطن خلال الثلث الثاني من الحمل أمر طبيعي، لأن المرأة الحامل تصاب ببعض التشنجات خلال هذه الفترة. ولكن إذا تكرر هذا الألم، أو ازداد بشكل كبير، يفضل أن تراجعي الطبيب بأسرع وقت لتجنب حدوث مشاكل في الحمل لديكِ أو لدى الجنين.

متى استطيع ممارسة المشي وانا حامل
يمكنك ممارستها متى شئت, ولكن ينصح الاطباء بالمشي بالشهر التاسع حيث يمكن ان تساعد على تسهيل الولاده. ولكن المشي مسموح به من بدايه الحمل دون تعريض الحمل الى خطر.
