وذمة في عظم الفخذ نتيجة رضة. تزول مع مرور الوقت.العمل على تقوية عضلات الفخذ

عملت اشعة رنين مغناطيسي اية راي حضرتك فى النتيجة survey conducted after intra-articular injection of paramagnetic contrast agent, disturbed by motion artifacts. coarse cartilage lesion at the site of the femoral condyle interior, with osteochondral defect extended in the sagittal plane for 18 mm and 14 mm for the coronal plane. the detached fragment is placed in the median in front of the cruciate ligaments, with impingement on the anterior cruciate ligament. we observe a minimum edema cancellous bone of the femoral condyle in the lesion. not obvious ligamentous or meniscal injuries. patella with prevailing external articulation without focal lesions chondritic

التقرير غير مكتمل , يوجد بعض الخشونة واثار لوذمة نتيجة اصابة , ينصح مراجعة جراح عظام وعمل منظار للركبة للحصول على التشخيص والعلاج

عزيزتي... العبارة تعني وجود فراغ عظمي في عظم الجمجمة الجانبي مع وجود كثافة عظمية اسفل منه وطبيب الاشعة يطلب من الطبيب المعالج الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار حالة المريض السريرية وما يعاني منه ...وايضا لايوجد نزف جديد

السلام عليكم ارجوبيان خطورة هذا -Abnormal area of increased signal intensity seen at the medial condyle of the lower end of the femur due to bone contusion. -Normal joint alignment. & articular surface -Loss of the normal contour with intermediate hyperintense signal form the lateral compartment of the anterior cruciate ligament due to its subacute partial tear. -A localized subchondral hypointense(T1), hypointense (T2&STIR) area is seen in the upper end of the tibia, posteriorly with a bone defect , subchondral fracture is not excluded. . -Abnormal linear increased signal intensity seen at anterior horn of lateral meniscus doesn’t reach the inferior articular surface consisting with grade I meniscal tea

من التقرير المرفق هناك ما يشير الى تمزق جزئي في الرباط الصليبي الامامي , اثار وذمة او استسقاء للجزء الداخلي لعظم الفخذ نتيجة اصابة , هناك خلل في الجزء العلوي من الساق قد يشير الى وجود كسر , الغضروف الخارجي مزق جزئيا . بناء على المعطيات يجب الخضوع لعملية تنظير لاستكشاف وضع المفصل الداخلي حيث تكون الصورة اوضح وقد تكون بحاجة لترميم الوتر والغضروف وتثبيت كسر الساق وعدم البحث عن حلول مريحة لك الان ومتعبة مستقبلا
