Evidence of degenerative changes involve all lamber discs manifested as decrease discs height & signal intensity. L 2_3 shows circumferenital disc bulge seen at the level of L 2_3 indent mildly ventral thecal sac. L 3_4 , L4_5 shows circumferential disc bulge with associated ligamentum flavum hypertrophy lead to spinal canal stenosis & narrowing of both exit foramina & indentaion on exiting nerve roots. Central disc protrusion seen at the level of L 5_S1 slightly indent ventral thecal sac. Normal cauda _ equina
