السلام عليكم اختي عمرها 21 سنة عملنا لها اشاعه وطلع في راسها من الجهة الايمنا ورم له سنتين وهذا التشخيص ارجو مساعدتي بماتحتاج : Normal appearing braim parenchma with good grey white differentiation This is an extra axial mass reteo clival with effect on the right side of the pons and mid brain displacing laterally the basilar artery. Posteriorly it is limited by the right to trgeminal nerve with significant mass effect on the nerve. Anterioriy to invoive the cave of mikel this mass is isointense in Tl slightly hy per in T2,with avid contrast enhancement showing a bural tail suggestive of meningioma Midline structures are normali witth no deviation seen Ventricles and cisterns free Rest of the braiin parenchyma is unremarkable

40عام تشخيص اشعةومعمل Fibroadenoma.US findings: solid mass lesion 15*9 mm at the lower aspect of the retroareolar, Diagnosis: left breast mass at lower aspect of retroareolar region,U/S guided biopsy, mammary duct ectasia,loblular mastitis

حسب التقرير .يوجد توسع بالاقنية والتهاب ثدي فصيصي. وتحتاجين استئصال جراحي للآفة الموجودة بالثدي.

تم أخذ عينة من فخذ امي وتم تحليلها راجعها الطبيب فقال تقوم بعمل تحليل وهذا هو CD20 is diffusely positive. CD3 stains many small cells in the background. CD30 is negative.

يجيبكم عنها بشكل أفضل صاحب اختصاص الفحص النسيجي لأنها من ضمن شغله واختصاصه. والنتيجة مبدأيا تظهر خصائص سرطان العقد اللمفاوية نوع Non-hodgkin

Small cystic lesion measures about 11x10 mm seen in the pineal region consistent most with a non neoplastic benign pineal cyst and less likely with tumor as germinoma . Teratoma or pineoblastoma however ما معنى هذا التشخيص وماهي خطورته

توجد كيسة في الجسم الصنوبري بحجم 1×1 سم تتوافق مع كيسة بسيطة ليست ورمية..التشخيص الاقل احتمالا ان تكون اما ورم عجائبي او ورم الخلايا المنتشة. راجع اختصاصي جراحة عصبية. الامر لايدعو للقلق.

Q: هل هذا سرطان البلعوم الأنفي؟ بعد عمل منظار There is an irregular swelling at the posterior wall of the nasopharynx on interptd phontion there is a mild velophrangeal gap

لابد من أخذ عينة للتحليل

Q: conclusion... appearance suggestive of mass or granuloma at the transverse colon هذه نتيجة اشعه مقطعيه لاخي كان لديه سرطان ارجو التوضيح

طبعاً لا أستطيع البتحديد فقط من هذا التقرير. ولكن يوجد تورم بالأحرى حميد. ولكن يجب القيام بفحوصات مخبرية للتأكد.

Q: تقرير MRI لوالدتى ماذا يكون ( abnormal hyper intense focal lesion in the left frontal region with minimal surrounding edema and no definite mass effect for brain with contrast

ممكن يكون ورم بالمخ ابعت التقرير وصور الأشعة للمساعدة

Q: لو اصبح عندي كتلة فيرم بعد الحقن العضلي ب٥ اسابيع ماذا افعل the injected material is voltarine +dexamethazone

أفضل دائما تفسير اي نتيجة مخبرية او شعاعية او نسيجية في ضوء قصة مرضية ونتائج فحص سريري ليكون الجواب كاف..ولكنني سأجيب. يوجد كيسة مبيض ايسر نزفية تحوي نسيج بطاني هاجر او اندوميتريوز.مع كيسة جريبية بالمبيض الايمن. بطانة الرحم تبدي فرط تنسج وضخامة بسيطة مع وجود ورم عضلي سليم .

اولا وقبل كل شيء ومن المهم جدا اخذ عينة من هذا الورم وفحصها للتأكد من طبيعته وهل هو مجرد ورم ليفي ام ورم خبيث لا سمح الله وبناءا على نتيجة الفحص يتم عمل خطة للعلاج فاذا كان الورم حميد فيتم استئصاله اما اذا كان لا سمح الله خبيث فيتم استئصال الرحم مع الانسجة المحيطة به مع احتمال اضافة علاجات اخرى حسب الحالة وحسبما يرى الطبيب المعالج
