large mass splaying apart from the anterior and posterior lips of the cervix and protruding through the external cervical os. hyperintense tumor extending into the proximal vagina but not invading the bladder wall thin intact low signal intensity on t2w representing residual cervical stroma and the medium signal intensity tumor which expands the cervix which has high predictive value for excluding invasion into the parametrium and paracervical areas is not so clear at the available cuts any way there is is partial obliteration of the parametrium .picture in favor of cervical carcinoma though the 1 impression is prolapsing leiomyoma

اولا وقبل كل شيء ومن المهم جدا اخذ عينة من هذا الورم وفحصها للتأكد من طبيعته وهل هو مجرد ورم ليفي ام ورم خبيث لا سمح الله وبناءا على نتيجة الفحص يتم عمل خطة للعلاج فاذا كان الورم حميد فيتم استئصاله اما اذا كان لا سمح الله خبيث فيتم استئصال الرحم مع الانسجة المحيطة به مع احتمال اضافة علاجات اخرى حسب الحالة وحسبما يرى الطبيب المعالج

هو ورم حميد. لكنه يتطلب علاج متكامل مع فريق عمل ضليع به، لأنه من الممكن أن يرجع مرة أخرى.

Q: س.ع.لدي مريضة بسنة 2013 عملت عملية لورم sub public mass . abdominal wall حجمه 60X50mm وطلع نتيجتين للورم احدها fibrosarcoma والاخرى Fibromatosis ايهما اصح طمنوني بارككم الله

كلا الإحتمالين أو النوعين واردين في مثل هذه الحالة..

Q: عملت ultrasound علي الرقبه و ظهر ورم في غده ليمفاويه ,soft tissue mass 19x16x15 mm with, has slightly hyopechoic texture هل دا بيوضح اذا كان سرطان او التهاب؟

لا طبعاً إن هذا لا يوضح سبب هذا الورم. يجب المتابعة مع الطبيب والقيام بمراجعته . وفي حال استدعى الأمر تؤخذ خلايا من الورم للفحص تحت المجهر لوضع التشخيص الصحيح.

طبعاً لا أستطيع البتحديد فقط من هذا التقرير. ولكن يوجد تورم بالأحرى حميد. ولكن يجب القيام بفحوصات مخبرية للتأكد.
