فقط هناك انسدال بسيط في الصمام الميترالي وهذا لا يستوجب أي علاج

الأستنتاج يوضح وجود تضخم بالبطين الأيسر للقلب واختلال وظيفة انبساط البطين الأيسر للقلب وغالبا ذلك يكون لمرض أرتفاع ضغط الدم وخاصة للمرضى اللذين لا يأخذون علاجهم بصفة منتظمة.
