حابه اعرف نتيجة الاشعه (Radiology Result: CT Angiography Lower Extremity Bilat Reason for exam: bluish discoloration and coldness of the left leg and foot, previous ortho surgeries in the foot FINDINGS: The lower abdominal aorta, both common iliac, external iliac, femoral and popliteal artery are patent with adequate calibre and enhancement. No aneurysmal dilatation. No focal narrowing noted. Left leg: The inferior popliteal arteries (ATA, PTA and PA) showing adequate enhancement and can be traced downward to the ankle and foot. Right leg: The inferior popliteal arteries (ATA, PTA) showing faint enhancement however it can be traced downward with difficulty to the ankle and foot with opacification of the dorsalis pedis. The peroneal artery showing faint opacification proximally however cannot be traced in the lower leg. عملت اشعة رنين مغناطيسي اية راي حضرتك فى النتيجة survey conducted after intra-articular injection of paramagnetic contrast agent, disturbed by motion artifacts. coarse cartilage lesion at the site of the femoral condyle interior, with osteochondral defect extended in the sagittal plane for 18 mm and 14 mm for the coronal plane. the detached fragment is placed in the median in front of the cruciate ligaments, with impingement on the anterior cruciate ligament. we observe a minimum edema cancellous bone of the femoral condyle in the lesion. not obvious ligamentous or meniscal injuries. patella with prevailing external articulation without focal lesions chondritic
