تمزق غضروف يحتاج منظار ركبة

السلام عليكم ارجوبيان خطورة هذا -Abnormal area of increased signal intensity seen at the medial condyle of the lower end of the femur due to bone contusion. -Normal joint alignment. & articular surface -Loss of the normal contour with intermediate hyperintense signal form the lateral compartment of the anterior cruciate ligament due to its subacute partial tear. -A localized subchondral hypointense(T1), hypointense (T2&STIR) area is seen in the upper end of the tibia, posteriorly with a bone defect , subchondral fracture is not excluded. . -Abnormal linear increased signal intensity seen at anterior horn of lateral meniscus doesn’t reach the inferior articular surface consisting with grade I meniscal tea

من التقرير المرفق هناك ما يشير الى تمزق جزئي في الرباط الصليبي الامامي , اثار وذمة او استسقاء للجزء الداخلي لعظم الفخذ نتيجة اصابة , هناك خلل في الجزء العلوي من الساق قد يشير الى وجود كسر , الغضروف الخارجي مزق جزئيا . بناء على المعطيات يجب الخضوع لعملية تنظير لاستكشاف وضع المفصل الداخلي حيث تكون الصورة اوضح وقد تكون بحاجة لترميم الوتر والغضروف وتثبيت كسر الساق وعدم البحث عن حلول مريحة لك الان ومتعبة مستقبلا

المريضة تعاني من خشونة في مفصلي الركبة اضافة لتمزق في الغضروف الانسي , من اجل تحديد نوع العلاج لا بد من الفحص السريري . المؤشر الاساسي الالم ومحدودية الحركة وهذا يقرر نوع العلاج ابتداء من العلاج الطبيعي فالتنظير والحقن وقد يكون هناك حاجة لتبديل مفصل , كل ذلك يعتمد على حالة المفصل . يمكن العلاج في الاردن او الامارات

التقرير غير مكتمل , على كل حال الصورة الاجمالية تبين خشونة في المفصل ووجود تكلسات ومناقير عظمية وتعري في سطح المفصل ووجود تمزق في الغضروف الانسي وتضيق في المفصل , الرباط الصليبي الامامي ضعيف , المريضة بحاجة لعمل منظار للركبة وترميم الغضروف الانسي وبعدها العمل على تقوية عضلات الفخذين في حال وجود خشونة متقدمة ومحدودية حركة ينصح بعملية تبديل مفصل
