حملى اول كان بطفل اكتشفت فى نهاية الشهر السادس انه مصاب بRhizomelic and Micromelia أكملت شهور الحمل وتمت الولاده قيصريه وتوفى الولد فى الحضان بعد يوم ، على الرغم من اننى وزوجى لسنا أقارب ولم اتعرض لاى اشعه او اتعاطى اى ادويه طوال فترة الحمل ،هل هذا المرض وراثى ام مجرد تشوه نتيجة طفره ،هل ممكن يتكرر

These findings could be found in several syndromes. As we have not the full clinical details we can not firmly tell you if there is a risk to have another child or not. Among these syndromes: Pallister Killian syndrome, if it is this syndrome so in general there is no problem for the coming child. Another possibility, Achondroplasia also for this syndrome there is no problem for the coming child as both of you and your husband are in good health, very generally speaking there is no significant risk of recurrence of these findings but we cannot firmly exclude that as we do not have the detailed clinical history
