KNEE:- -tiny cystic lesion (0.8×0.8 CM) is seen in adjacent to the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus. - normal appearance of the ACL , PCL , collateral ligaments,quadriceps and infrapatellar tendons. - normal marrow signal of the articulating bones. - minimal joint effusion is noted. * conclusion: - tiny cystic lesion along the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus likely meniscal cyst. - minimal joint effusion.

باختصار يوجد كيس ماءي بجانب الغضروف الوحشي الجانبي للركبة اليمنى مع وجود تجمع سائل قليل في المفصل , ينصح عمل تنظير للركبة والتاكد من وضع الغضروف وازالة هذا الكيسوعمل جلسات علاج طبيعي بعد ذلك
