قمت بعمل اشعه وكانت نتيجه التقرير كالاتى straightening of lumbar spin (muscle spasm ) . bilateral pseudarthrosis of l5 transverse process . narrowing of l5-s1 disc space. ما هو الحل هل عمليه جراحيه ؟ حتى ارتاح للابد ؟ ولا بيكون العلاج الطبيعى ؟

نتيجة الصورة نبين استقامة في الفقرات القطنية نتيجة شد عضلي , وجود مفصل كاذب بين الخامسة القطنية والاؤلى العجزية , عادة هذه المفصل يكون اثر جراحة وتثبيت فقرات وتاكل المفصل او خلل خلقي, ينصح مراجعة جراح اعصاب وعمل فحص اشعة للظهر بثني الجذع واعتداله لتوضيح وجود خلل في ثبات الفقرات , جراح العظام هو من يقرر الحاجة لتثبيت وتطعيم عظم او الاكتفاء بالعلاج الطبيعي

ما هو التشخيص للأشعة على القدم Arterial color coded duplex scanning of both lower limbs revealed: Patent iliac arteries with normal Doppler waveform. Patent femoropopliteal and infrapopliteal arteries with diffuse atherosclerosis with no evidence of significant stenosis or obstruction and with normal triphasic Doppler waveform Venous Color Duplex scanning of both lower limbs revealed: 1.No evidence of deep or superficial venous thrombosis 2 No calf venous thrombosis. 3. No evidence of venous reflux could be detected in the superficial or deep venous system with competent saphenofemoral and saphenopopliteal junctions Conclusions: Diffuse atherosclerosis of the arterial tree of both lower limbs. Normal venous duplex study of both lower limbs.

التشخيص يقوم به الطبيب الذي طلب الصورة اعلاه , اليك خلاصة التقرير : لا يوجد علامات جلطات دم عميقة او تخثر في الاوردة ,لا خثرات في الساق , الاوردة سليمة , تصلب في شرايين الاطراف السفلية دون اغلاق , ينصح استشارة طبيب القلب والشرايين وعدم الاجتهاد في العلاج دون رأي الاخصائي

RIGHT ANKLE MRI: - Multiple sequences were obtained without the administration of IV contrast. - Whole study is provided on CD. - There is evidence of bone marrow oedema seen in the talar dome in the subarticular Surface medially suggesting early changes of osteochondritis. - Another bone marrow oedema seen involving the articular Cartilage and subchondral bone involving the talus anteriorly at the talongvicular joint suggesting osteochondritis dissecans with an osteochondral lesion measuring about 8mm. . Focal bone marrow oedema is also noted in the posterior malleolus of the tibia as well as the Superior Surface of the calcane without evidence of definite Osteochondral lesions or fractures - Mild synovial effusion is seen in the ankle joint, - No evidence of Os trigonum. - No evidence of significant ligamentous or tendinous injury could be seen.

الرنين به التهاب عظمي غضروفي بعظام الكاحل مع وجود ارتشاح بسيط في المفصل . برجاء مراجعة اختصاصي عظام لوضع خطة للعلاج، و التي في كل الأحوال يجب أن تتضمن تقليل التحميل على مفصل الكاحل و الراحة. امنياتي لك بالشفاء

انا عملت رنين مغناطيسي (MRI ) لوالدتي وكانت النتائج كالتالي: 1-normal vertebral bone marrow signal intensity 2-evidence of degenerative changes involve all lumbar discs manifested as decreased disk height & signal intensity 3-circumferential disc bulge seen at the level of L4-5 also there is evidence of ligamentum flavum &facet joist hypertrophy indent ventral the cal sac & causing narrowing of both exit formina without effects upon exiting nerve roots 4- evidence of facet joints arthrosis seen at the level of L5-S1 5-normal spinal canal dimensions,no S.O.L 6-normal cauda -equina

الطبيب الذي طلب الصورة قد شرح ووضح لك بان الالفقرات سليمة ويوجد بعض الخشونة وجفاف في الغضروف بين الفقرتين الرابعة والخامسة القطنيتين وخشونة مفصلية وتضيق في مخرج الاعصاب بين الفقرتين المذكورتين . لا يوجد ضغط على الاعصاب او النخاع الشوكي . بشكل عام والمهم ينصح للمريضة عمل جلسات علاج طبيعي وتقوية عضلات الظهر وتخفيف الوزن والاهم الثقة بالطبيب المعالج .

ما نتيجة هذه الصورة؟ Needle emg of both deltoid muscle showed no sopntenous activity bilaterally but large poyphasic mups of that of the right side.Ncs and f wave of right and lift median and ulnar and recording from apb and adm showed: Normal conduction velocity , latency, amplitude but delayed f response of right ulnar nerv"....Conclusion:Ncs study of the above mentioned nerves and muscles showed evidence of mild right C5-C7 proximal rediculopathy.

اعتلال في الجذور العصبية الخامس والسادس العنقيين من الجهة اليمنى وعصب المرفق من الجهة ايمنى , قد تحتاج صورة رنين مغناطيسي للعنق ومراجعة جراح اعصاب

اظن ان ما تسوقه بأنه صورة اشعة غير صحيح وفي الغالب هذه نتيجة مبتورة لتخطيط عضلات وأعصاب , اعتلال جذور عصبية عنقية الخامس والسابع وهذا تقرير غير كامل عن الحالة
