Focal bone marrow oedema is also noted in the posterior malleolus of the tibia as well as the Superior Surface of the calcane without evidence of definite Osteochondral lesions or fractures - Mild synovial effusion is seen in the ankle joint, - No evidence of Os trigonum. - No evidence of significant ligamentous or tendinous injury could be seen.
