i got my period on 28th april then on 10th of june i kept getting like brown marks (for one week) and then i got my period for one day and it stopped till date i didnt get my period yet (12-7 i did the pregnenacy test for 4 times and it was negative please advice

الفحص ضمن الطبيعي و لا داعي للقلق و بالشهر السابع يتم أعاده تقييم مكان المشيمة

If this is her first pregnancy, please be assured as she will start feeling the movement very soon (1 – 2 weeks). Perception of baby's movement is related to mother's experience; while women in their first pregnancies usually feel the movement at around 20 weeks, women with previous deliveries usually feel the movement at around 18 weeks. في الشهور الثلاث الاولى من الحمل تنصح الحامل باخذ حبوب الفوليك اسيد 400 ميكروغرام يوميا حيث انها تقلل من احتماليه حدوث تشوهات في الجهاز العصبي لدى الجنين. اما بعد الشهر الثالث فتعطى الحامل حبوب متعدده الفيتامينات وهي ايضا تحتوي على فوليك اسيد وحديد حتى نهايه الشهر التاسع واحيانا يمكنها الاستمرار عليها بعد الولاده واثناء الرضاعه. اما الحديد فهو يعطى فقط اذا كانت تعاني الامل من فقر دم اثناء الحمل.
