السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته لقد قمت بعمل تحليل سائل منوى وقد جاء فى اخر التحليل هذا التعليق من استشارى المعمل فهل يمكنكم تفسيره لى؟ Normozoospermia ,Sperm count 35 Mill/ml,Sperm motility 55%,Sperm vitality 60% ,the round cell population didn't exceed the objectionable limit,spermatozoa morphological defects were obsered on head & midpiece, few numbers of red blood cells were seen in most of microscopic fields examined

Q: مرحبا عندي صديد في السائل المنوي وهذه نتيجة مزرعه السائل no SIGNIFICANT GROWTH AFTER 48 HOURS OF INCUBATION بأي نوع من المضادات استخدم ارجوا المساعده يادكاتره

لم تذكر كم عدد كريات الصديد ؟ لانه قد لا تحتاج اي علاج . أما إذا هناك صديد كثير ومن غير نمو جرثومي فانت تعاني من التهاب غير جرثومي وقد تستفيد من مضاد دوكسيسايكلين . او ماينوساسكلين. وقد يكون لديك التهاب لا هوائي .
