ارجو معرفة نتيجة هذا التحليل تم عملة على الخصيتين testes are of normal size & shape with normal echogenicity and focal lesions or calcification rt testis is : 5 cmx 2.1 cm lt testis is : 4.7 cmx 1.9 cm - both epididymes are free U/S with no focal lesions, calcifications or cysts. - no spermatocele or hydrocycle -maximum caliber of veine of RT pampiniform plexus is 2.8mm & that of LT side veins is 3mm being dilated & tortuous with retrograde flow on color doppler grade II bilaterally . -a minimal rim of fluid is seen around both testicles but not considered as hydrocele ( normal variant ) impression: bilateral moderate varicocele

هذا يعني وجود دوالي بسيطه على الخصيتين.......

Q: احتاج شرح لتقرير زوجي بعد عملية الخزعه بسبب انعدام الحيوانات المنويه .. Rt.& Lt. testicular biopsy histopathology showed features of Sertoli cell syndro هل فيه أمل للعلاج ؟!

هذه النتيجة معناها عدم وجود الخلايا التي تنتنج الحيوانات المنوية . وهذا يعني ان الامل ضعيف ،لكن ليس مستحيل . الخطوة التالية هي فتح الخصية وعمل عملية تفتيش تحت الميكرسوكوب للبحث عن خلايا متفرقة في الخصية تنتج حيوانات منوية ( وهناك احتمال ضعيف بوجود بعضها) ثم استعمالها في التلقيح الصناعي للبويضات التي تسحب منك . اعانكما الله ،رزقكما الذرية الصالحة.

وجود غدد لمفاويه..حجمها اكبر من الطبيعي حوالي الشريان الابهر في البطن

Q: مامعنى ان تكون نتيجة مزرعة البول عند المرأة البالغة من العمر 27 عام: Significant grow of germ negative Rod of E. coli وماذا يجب عملة في هذة الحالة؟

لا بد من اعادة فحص الزراعه بطريقة اخذ العينه كما يجب اي ان يؤخذ وسط البول من دون اية ملامسه خارجيه لاعلى الانبوب
