To give a professional answer we should know more details because just knowing that you have abdominal pain is not enough because the cause may be multiple reasons and no place here to mention them all , this why we need more details about this pain , starting giving information about you as a patient , age sex then the pain when starts , its intensity how it improves , is there any symptoms with the pain , like constipation , or diarrea or soft stool , if yes describe the stool etc
