Just did a bit of research and most websites say that products with salicylic acid in have not been tested on pregnant women enough to know what kind of effect it has so it can't be recommended. Some websites say to avoid it as it has constituents of aspirin in it which you are supposed to avoid when pregnant and some say to use it as an alternative to the more harmful antibiotics that are sometimes prescribed by doctors. In a nutshell, I'm none the wiser but am going to look for an alternative spot treatment to use. I doubt very much you have caused any harm to your baby as the salicylic acid has to be absorbed into the blood stream in large quantities to do any damage
