تشاهد تمزقات تنكسية تصيب القرن الخلفي لجسم الهلالة الإنسية مع امتداد إلى السطح الزليلي، ولا تشاهد أجزاء منفصلة.

apart from progression of the amount of Knee joint effusion , stationary course the rest of the study still show lateral femoral condyle osteochondral defect with adjacent marrow edema and grade 1 degenerative changes posterior horn medial meniscus كنت محتاج اعرف النتيجة كده ايه

اطباء المفاصل الاعزاء عملت صوره rt knee mri وطلع فيها التالي : grade 2 horizontal tear seen in the posterior horn of medial meniscus افيدونا ما الحل وهل يلزم الجراحه ام لا

اتخاذ قرار الجراحة او التنظير لا يعتمد على نتائج صورة الرنين المغناطيسي وانما على حالة المريض , اذا اختفى الالم بعد ثلاثة الى اربعة اسابيع واستطاع المريض الحركة دون الم او ازعاج او محدودية في حركة المفصل تنتفي الحاجة للتداخل الجراحي , سوى ذلك لا بد من التنظير والترميم اذا اقتضى الامر والعمل على تقوية عضلات الفخذين وعمل جلسات العلاج الطبيعي لمنع او الحد من تكرار الاصابة
