لا شيء مقلق في الصورة , لا يوجد انزلاقات غضروفية , فقط هناك شد عضلي , يمكن التخلص منه بواسطة العلاج الطبيعي وتقوية عضلات العنق واخذ مرخي عضلي وعدم التوتر

ما هو تفسير هذا التقرير الاتى الذى يخص اشعه لظهرى وهل هناك خطوره: 1-straightening of the lumbar spine denoting spasm in the back muscles. 2-intact inter vertebral disc spaces 3-both sacro-iliac joint are free 4-the coccyx bones are intact with regular articulation between coccygeal bone segments

يوجد استقامة في الفقرات القطنية بسبب شد عضلي , عظام الظهر والحوض سليمة والمسافة بين الفقرات طبيعية

حسب التقرير فان المريض يعاني من انزلاق قطني على مستويين و تغيرات انحطاطية اي سوفان و يجب مرجعة الطبيب المختص لغرض اجراء الفحص الطبي و اعطاء الدواء المناسب

سقطت علي السلم علي اسفل ظهري و قمت بعمة اشعة LSS X-RAY (AP and lateral views) التقرير الطبي: -loss of the normal lordotic curve denoting back muscle spasm -No bony destructive lesions -Disc spaces are more or less preserved ممكن توضيح التقرير و هل يستدعي المتابعة مع طبيب؟

الفحص السريري مهم عليك المنابعه مع طبيب جراحة اعصاب وحسبه والامك لاجراء ممكن رنين او لا . وهنا الاشعه حسب التقرير فقط اختفاء الانحناء الطبيعي اسفل الظهر

التقرير يفيد برجود التحام جزئي اي منه جهة واحدة ما بين الفقرتين القطنيه الخامسه والعجزية الاولى مع زياده بسيطه في درجه تحدب الققران الظهرية

Q: عملت اشعة والنتيجة .DORSAL SPINE (AP & LAT) -NORMAL KYPHOTIC CURVE .MILD SPONDYLOSIS. NORMAL VERTEBRAL BODIES AND PEDICLES . INTACT DISC SPACES -اين مكان الخشونة ؟؟..هل هناك علاج ام لا ؟..ماهوا العلاج ؟

يوجد خشونة بسيطة في الفقرات الصدرية , ينصح بعمل جلسات علاج طبيعي والعمل على تقوية عضلات الظهر والسباحة
