عانيت من الم في ركبتي اليمنى وعملت اشعه رنين مغناطيسي وكان هذا هو التقرير ... اريد معرفة التشخيص وشكراا * MRI RT. KNEE:- -tiny cystic lesion (0.8×0.8 CM) is seen in adjacent to the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus. - normal appearance of the ACL , PCL , collateral ligaments,quadriceps and infrapatellar tendons. - normal marrow signal of the articulating bones. - minimal joint effusion is noted. * conclusion: - tiny cystic lesion along the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus likely meniscal cyst. - minimal joint effusion.

باختصار يوجد كيس ماءي بجانب الغضروف الوحشي الجانبي للركبة اليمنى مع وجود تجمع سائل قليل في المفصل , ينصح عمل تنظير للركبة والتاكد من وضع الغضروف وازالة هذا الكيسوعمل جلسات علاج طبيعي بعد ذلك

هذه الحالة علاجها يعتمد على شكوى المريض اذا كان يعاني من ألم ووجود سوائل في الركبة فمن المفضل إجراء تمارين لتقوية العضلات الأمامية والخلفية للركبة واذا فشلت التمارين في إزالة الألم فعندها يمكن النظر لإجراء عملية بالمنظار.

السلام عليكم تقرير الرنين هذا لا يخبر بدقة هل التغيرات في الغضروف الهلالي الانسي تصل الى سطح الغضروف ام لا؟ حيث اننا نجد مثل هذه التغيرات احيانا دون اي تأثير سريري على الشخص! ولهذا فاذا كانت التغيرات تصل الى سطح الغضروف وتتوافق مع الشكوى و موجودات الفحص السريري فقد تحتاج الى اجراء عملية تنظير للمفصل. وان لم تتوافق سريريا فلا تحتاج الى اي تداخل جراحي. د.اسعد احمد

يلاحظ تغيرات هشاشة العظام بواسطة تضييق الحيز المشترك، عدم انتظام سطح التهاب المفاصل والكشف عن التغيرات الشوكية الهامشية في s1 - L5 ، وبدرجة أقل L4 - L5 راجع طبيبك للمتابعة

Q: عملت اشعةMRI للرقبه وتبين ,-circumferential disc bulge at C3-C4;C4-C5&C5-C6 levels is noted indenting thecal sac and causing no significant pressure roots effect on nerve

طالما ان الاعصاب سليمة يكون العلاج تحفظي الا اذا كان هناك عدم ثبات الفقرات والقرار للجراح
