Hi. Ur MRI showed that your master gland which is located in the brain is very small and hence it may be that it is functioning sub-optimally. I need to have a look at ur morning cortisol along with serum sodium and potassium. U have also to do further blood tests as follows:Haemoglobin.TSH T4 T3 for thyroid.ACTH for ur adrenal gland (the gland which is located above the kidney).prolactin.IGF-1 (growth hormone).Estradiol, LH, FSH (hormones that regulate your cycle.If the blood cortisol is low then the main stay of treatment is hormone replacement with tablet called hydrocortisone at a dose of 10 mg morning, 5 mg afternoon and 5 mg early evening.No surgery is needed.Hope u find it useful.

Hi.The most likely explanation for your complaints is a condition called ''Polycystic ovary syndrome''.This condition is characterized by excess production of male hormones by the female ovaries leading to excess hair growth on the face and the body.U need to do the following blood tests:1) Fasting blood glucose and HBAIC.2) Serum testosterone, DHEAS. (morning fasting on day 3-5 of the cycle).3) Serum prolactin, TSH, 17(OH) progesterone. The main stay of treatment of ''polycystic ovary syndrome'' is:1) Lifestyle modification. (low carb diet and exercise and weight reduction if your having excess body weight).2) OCP (oral contraceptive pills) to help regulating the cycle and reducing facial hair growth.Hope u find it useful.

Hi.You have to do the following blood tests including:1) Complete blood count. 2) Thyroid function tests (TSH T4 T3). 3) Calcium, Magnesium and phosphorus. 4) Vitamin D3 and parathyroid hormone level(PTH) level. 4) serum creatinine. 5)ECG.If all normal then most likely u have a no organic problem.Hope u find it useful.
