No aneurysmal dilatation. No focal narrowing noted. Left leg: The inferior popliteal arteries (ATA, PTA and PA) showing adequate enhancement and can be traced downward to the ankle and foot. Right leg: The inferior popliteal arteries (ATA, PTA) showing faint enhancement however it can be traced downward with difficulty to the ankle and foot with opacification of the dorsalis pedis. The peroneal artery showing faint opacification proximally however cannot be traced in the lower leg. RIGHT ANKLE MRI: - Multiple sequences were obtained without the administration of IV contrast. - Whole study is provided on CD. - There is evidence of bone marrow oedema seen in the talar dome in the subarticular Surface medially suggesting early changes of osteochondritis. - Another bone marrow oedema seen involving the articular Cartilage and subchondral bone involving the talus anteriorly at the talongvicular joint suggesting osteochondritis dissecans with an osteochondral lesion measuring about 8mm. . Focal bone marrow oedema is also noted in the posterior malleolus of the tibia as well as the Superior Surface of the calcane without evidence of definite Osteochondral lesions or fractures - Mild synovial effusion is seen in the ankle joint, - No evidence of Os trigonum. - No evidence of significant ligamentous or tendinous injury could be seen.

السلام عليكم ارجوبيان خطورة هذا -Abnormal area of increased signal intensity seen at the medial condyle of the lower end of the femur due to bone contusion. -Normal joint alignment. & articular surface -Loss of the normal contour with intermediate hyperintense signal form the lateral compartment of the anterior cruciate ligament due to its subacute partial tear. -A localized subchondral hypointense(T1), hypointense (T2&STIR) area is seen in the upper end of the tibia, posteriorly with a bone defect , subchondral fracture is not excluded. . -Abnormal linear increased signal intensity seen at anterior horn of lateral meniscus doesn’t reach the inferior articular surface consisting with grade I meniscal tea

من التقرير المرفق هناك ما يشير الى تمزق جزئي في الرباط الصليبي الامامي , اثار وذمة او استسقاء للجزء الداخلي لعظم الفخذ نتيجة اصابة , هناك خلل في الجزء العلوي من الساق قد يشير الى وجود كسر , الغضروف الخارجي مزق جزئيا . بناء على المعطيات يجب الخضوع لعملية تنظير لاستكشاف وضع المفصل الداخلي حيث تكون الصورة اوضح وقد تكون بحاجة لترميم الوتر والغضروف وتثبيت كسر الساق وعدم البحث عن حلول مريحة لك الان ومتعبة مستقبلا

ماذا يوجد في هذا التقرير the above pt was seenin my OPD today with severe back pain with L leg radiation for thw last 6 months following an RTA on the 29th Nov.2009. He was treated conservatively for the last number of months with no great benefit. On examination he is in significant pain and discomfort with limited ROM and positive SLR on the L leg. MRI scan shows a large L4-5 disc prolapse on L nerve root. He will requre further intervention for his condition.
