Before we can advise appropriately, I think it is important that we know more details about the pain like: site, duration, relation to your period, any bowel or urinary symptoms, pregnancy status. The new bleeding is likely caused by disruption of the already healing wound which happened during the first intercourse, therefore don't worry. I may suggest that you try not to have intercourse for few days and try again. Regards

it is important to approach your labour with an open mind, being prepared to what will happen and how it happens, starting from the knowledge of contraction / pain and the need for vaginal examination at various stages of your labour. Being mobile in the early stages aslo help, avoid dehydration is important. having your husband or a person of your choice next you may also help. Regards.
