If this is her first pregnancy, please be assured as she will start feeling the movement very soon (1 – 2 weeks). Perception of baby's movement is related to mother's experience; while women in their first pregnancies usually feel the movement at around 20 weeks, women with previous deliveries usually feel the movement at around 18 weeks. I don't think you really need a very long answer, the explanation you read is NOT correct. Breast feeding women dnn't have periods because breast feeding prevents the ovary from producing the hormones needde for the period to appear. Regards

This is most probably a simple cyst, you don't have to worry about it, if you go and repeat the ultrasound scan after 4 weeks , most likely it will not be present. I don't think you should take birth control pills to " treat" this cyst. It will resolve on its own. Also it should not interfere with your plans of getting pregnant. Regards

The is always a possibility of pregnancy, I suggest you do a pregnancy test, if positive you may go and see your doctor, an ultrasound scan- at this stage- should tell you some details about your pregnancy . Regards
