It is not rare for a woman's period to come early or late few days, therefore should not be considered as a disease. If however, your periods are irregular more than few days, I advise you to see your doctor to perform an ultrasound scan and also blood tests to check if you have evidence of this condition, women with polycystic ovaries are more likely to miscarry and more likely to miscarry more than once. In some women with excess weight, the ovaries may not produce a mature egg on a regular monthly bases, this reduces the chances of pregnancy, therefore keeping the weight within normal range is better not only for increasing the chances of pregnancy but also for the general health. Regards

Dr Athamneh confused two drugs with similar names! The first is Tranax which is used in treating anxiety problems and other similar conditions as explained by Dr Athamneh, but not used to treat heaven periods therefore most likely not the drug you are talking about. the other medicine which is tranexamic acid and this is one that is used to treat heaven periods,, and i believe you are using this one. I explained its use in first my first answer.
