There are many microbes in the vagina and are considered normal, however, sometimes the growth of one of these microbes may increase over the others. or a microbes that is not normally present in the vaginal may infect the vagina. we have to know the name of the microbe to decide if it could affect the babay during deliver or not. the drug the your doctor prescribed is safe. I am not sure if you have also symptoms related to the breast, those small " balls" may be lymph node ( glands that drain various parts of the body). I suggest you get your self examined by a breast surgeon sooner rather than later. Regards

You may consider uterine fibroids as "thikining" of the muscle of the uterus, they are common although mostly small and may not be detected using the ultrasound scan, therefore mostly they go unnoticed, however they may cause problems depending on their size and location in the uterus. and yes they may have a role in causing subfertility. it would be better to follow them up every year by ultrasound scan to keep an eye on the size. Regards
