There are various reasons for painful periods; therefore I suggest you see a gynaecologist for consultation. In addition, there are some medicines that you wife may take during the period which may decrease the pain; this will decrease how often your wife visits the hospital. Regarding the Voltarin injections, they are safe, besides your wife takes them once a month. Regards,

I assume the "chest mass" you are talking about is a breast mass. Those are better managed by a breast surgeon, I am not sure how far in the investigations you sister had been so far? In addition, I would like to assume that the "water cyst" that you talked about is cyst on the ovary! , it is most likely the cyst that develop in the early weeks of pregnancy, they usually resolve after the first few weeks, therefore you don’t need to worry about them, certainly we have to be aware of the not uncommon complications which may happen in such cysts, I am sure the doctor will keep an eye on the cyst. If you start the cycle of suspicion you may find your marriage under severe pressure, therefore, I suggest that you talk to your husband; be open and honest and certainly not judgmental, try and explore why you both have this new change in your relation, and how to resolve it, remember that this relation is not related to the body act only but also the emotions, stress, work……. I strongly suggest time and again to try and be positive before you jump to infidelity thoughts which may ruin your marriage. Regards
