Thank you for asking, there are many reasons for delayed fertility which both husband and wife share, therefore I am not sure if the reason for the delayed fertility is related to a cause youn wife is having. Both of you should undergo full evaluation to try and identigy a cause which may include a test to ckeck your sperms. I am sorry I cant add any more as I need more details to be able to give a better answer, the best thing to do is to see a doctor with your wife. Regards

While there is no cure from this condition, we are able to treat its various symptoms like period irrigularities, infertility, abnormal hair growth and weight issues, therefore you have to discuss wioth yoiur doctor the symptoms that affect your life and try and work on that .Please be assured that this condition is common. if the lenght of the baby is as you said ( 17, 21 mm), then ( i am sorry to say) this is most likely a missed miscarriage

We should be able to see the fetal heart once the baby's length is 6 mm ( although recent studies showed that we should be able to see it if the length is 4 or more mm), however, I am not sure if your doctor measured the size of the pregnancy sac or the baby. Regards
