15% of pregnant women may have small vaginal bleeding in the early weeks of pregnancy, this may be due to sevral causes, the most important is to confimr that the pregnancy is inside the uterus, and the babay's heart . I beats are present. I assume that you had had an ultrasound scan which confirmed a twin pregnancy. So if the pregnancy is inside the utersu and the babay's heart beats are present, then you dont worry , this certainly will resolve withen a short period of time. If the pain and bleeding increase i advise you to see your doctor. Regards

It may suggest an infection that you may wish to treat, discuss your symptoms with your doctor, get the appropriate treatment , and repeat the test in 2-3 months, please be advised that other factors may affect sperm test results like smoking, alcohol drinking, drugs.......Regards

There are many condition which may cause irrigular periods, the common condition is related to the ovaries, where they may develop small cysts and other chemical changes which may affect how regular the period is. Your wife needs to see a doctor and discuss what is her main issue, following the appropriate investigations, your doctor should be able to target the treatment to the needs . Regards

There are several reasons for missing your period that long, this may include diseases of the ovaries, like the polycystic disease, it may well be diseases of glands like the thyroid and the pituitary, in addition; premarure failure of the ovaries although no common but may happen.without complete investigations, it would be difficult to know the cause, some coild like the Mirena IUS ( the hormonal cpoil) may cause the period to disappear in around 20% of women, but i think you should be thoroughly evaluated before we decide the cause and the treatment.
