في السنوات الاولى بعد بداية الدورة الشهرية , عادة ما تكون غير منتظمة و غزيرة نوعا ما , لذلك اذا كانت تأتيكي الدورة لغاية كل 3 اشهر مرة لمدة سنتين فان ذلك يعتبر طبيعي . لذلك يجب عليكي مراقبة الدورة لاية تطورات

it is not uncommon to have irrigular periods after stopping some contraceptive pills, therefore I suggest you live normal life and observe your period for another 3 - 6 months. if pregnancy does not happen I suggest you see your doctor. Regards

This 3.6 cm cyst on the ovary is small, most probably will resolve on its own without treatment. There is nothing you need to avoid to help this, It is believed that Duphaston and other similar drugs are not really necessary , I suggest you repeat the ultrasound scan after 3 months for follwo up.
