This "water" cyst is also called simple cyst, usually resolve on its onwn in few weeks time, it should not affect your chances of any future pregnancies, and yes you can get pregnant again, dont worry, have the cyst checked again by your doctor after 4-6 weeks. Regards

I trust you are talking about the level of the blood pregnancy test. If the miscarriage is complete (you passed all the pregnancy tissues), you expect the level to drop low very quickly, in few days this may go back to normal level, however this depends on how high was the pregnancy hormone level in the blood before miscarriage. This may be your period, it is not unusual to have an abnormal period after a miscarriage. I suggest you observe the next period, certainly will go back to normal patter. Regards

it is unlikely that you feel pregnancy symptoms before at least 6 weeks from the last period, although you may be pregnant as we dont know how NORMAL was the period before the last one. The only way to know if you are pregnant or not is to test for that. Regards
