I am not sure what you mean, however, there are birth defects which may happen in the uterus and may affect yourchances of pregnancy, I suggest you ask your doctors to expalin to you in details what that mean!! Regardsn (ضق الرحم )

While heavey weight lefting should not affect your chances of any future , pregnancies, we discourage women from that, due to the late effect of such heavey lefting on the pelvic soft tissues. Regarding your period, you dont need to worry about that at all, this happened only once, just observe it. Regards

Probably the ovaries are not producing eggs on a reqular monthly basis, this comment, however, is based on the discription of your period. It would be wise to see your doctor, have your self and your husband checked, and request the appropriate investigation to try and find out why you have not been able to get pregnant. Regards
