I am sure your doctors explained the condition which caused this to you in details. Regarding the "small ovaries" there is no treatment for that. Your doctur should check if the ovaries are producing the hormones that you need for your health.If they are not working well, they may have to give you hormones. Regards

A breast feeding mother may not have a period for the first few months after delivery . In addition those tablets may cause the same thing which is normal. Regards
