Your periods were not regular before marriage, this is why you were using those tablets, I therefore suggest you stop all the tablets, observe your periods for few months should you like and see the period pattern, although we know they are not regular, but this does not mean that your ovaries are not producing enough eggs for pregnancy, therefore pregnancy may happen. In addition, if you wish, you may see a gynaecologist who may do some investigation to know why your periods are not regular; at the same time help you with pregnancy. Regards

The birth control pills should not affect fertility, once you decided to try for another baby, just stop them and try, if in few months pregnancy does not happen, please see a gynaecologist. Regards

Most probably his has nothing to do with increased tummy size; I suggest you check for other reasons. If you think this increase in the tummy size has nothing to do with an overall increase in your weight, I suggest you see a gynaecologist to confirm there are no diseases in your pelvis. Regards

The first thing you should do is to check if you are pregnant or not. If there is no pregnancy, I suggest you do a hormone blood test to check your ovaries if they are still "working" normally or not, the test is named FSH, your doctor should be able to explain the results to you. Regards
