Your doctor should give you a clear explanation why she discouraged you from intercourse. There are very few conditions where we advise pregnant women not to have intercourse such as if your waters have gone, in the presence of vaginal bleeding or if the placenta is lying in the lower part of the uterus. Women who would like to have intercourse during pregnancy should avoid pressure on the tummy. Regards

This should not affect your baby, however, we advise pregnant women to keep their iron level more than 11, may be by taking iron tablets. Regarding the Vitamin D, I am not sure how low that, you may take Vitamin D supplements, if you come back to Altibbi with the figures; we may be able to advise you more. Regards

You should be 4 months and one week ++. I advise you to use weeks rather than months; this is how doctors calculate pregnancy. Regards

Some women may experience pain in the first few times after delivery and suturing, this, however, improves with time, and should not make them avoind intercourse except if pain is severe. If pain has not significantly improved or resolved few weeks after delivery, I suggest a visit to your doctor for examination. Regards
